Cancellation / Refund Policy

Every Bartrender order is freshly prepared, so our cancellation and refund terms are designed around fresh, made-to-order products.

Cancellations are only accepted before preparation of your order begins. Once we have started preparing your order, it can no longer be cancelled.

Because our cocktails are freshly made and perishable, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered.

Your experience matters to us. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it right.

Custom arrangements and event bookings may be subject to separate terms, which will be confirmed with you at the time of your order.
